In this short video, I’ll show you how you can have a healthy and delicious breakfast in no time.

This Banana Split Smoothie can be part of a quick and easy breakfast by pairing it with a slice of whole-wheat toast and peanut butter or a cup of oatmeal. Have a large glass (two servings) if you will have it solo. Great sipping for your a.m. commute. This tasty smoothie can also serve as a healthy dessert!

Banana Split Smoothie(makes 2 servings)

1 banana
½ c diced pineapple
½ c skim milk
½ c fresh/frozen strawberries, sliced
1 c ice cubes
1 container Fage 0% (5.3 oz)
