Most workshops are designed for 10-50 participants who have completed The Nurture Principles introductory presentation. Please inquire about hosting a workshop-only event and tell us the number of participants you expect.
Workshops are 45-60 minutes. To get the most out of Nurture Principles, your organization may host more than one workshop in a day or repeat the workshop in the afternoon. You can literally design your own custom workshop by picking and choosing your favorite modules in nutrition, exercise, and well-being. Most one-hour workshops can contain three to four modules.
